QuarkXPress

We
can accept QuarkXPress 4, 5 and 6 documents. Please do not use the "Export
to PDF" feature. See below.
Adobe
InDesign
We
can accept Adobe InDesign 1, 2 and CS documents. Please do not use the
"Export to PDF" feature. See below.
Adobe
Illustrator
Please
flatten your artwork and save your artwork in EPS format, with fonts
embedded. If possible, import your EPS into the QuarkXPress template
provided.
Adobe
Photoshop
Please
flatten your artwork and save your artwork in EPS or TIFF format. If
possible, import your file into the QuarkXPress template provided.
Other
software
Download the relevant PDF(s) from above, and use the measurements
shown within it to create your artwork to the correct size. Most design
software will have an "Export" function. If available, choose
EPS format. Ensure that all graphics and fonts are embedded. If EPS
is not available, choose TIFF (300 dpi CMYK) or JPEG (300 dpi CMYK high
quality). Your software's user guide should contain helpful advice.
Supplying
PDFs
Some
applications will allow you to "export as a PDF". Please avoid
this option, as it may generate poor quality data. Instead, a PostScript
file should be created and converted to PDF using Adobe Acrobat Distiller
(use "Optimise for Press" settings). Please note that the
final PDF document MUST be the same size as the original template document.
